Frequently asked questions
Does installing the app change my theme or my product prices?

No. The app uses Shopify's theme app extensions — a block you drop onto product templates and an optional app embed for the floating icon. Nothing is written to your theme's Liquid files. The hide-prices option is purely visual and doesn't change your product data.
What plans does the app support?

Every Shopify plan except Shopify Plus checkout customizations. The app works on Basic, Shopify, Advanced, and Plus. There's no Shopify-plan restriction.
Is there a free trial?

The Free plan is not a trial — it's permanently free. You get 10 quote requests per month, the quote button, the popup, hide prices, and all 4 display modes. Upgrade to Pro only when you need unlimited requests and the advanced features.
How do I convert a quote into a real order?

Open the quote in the admin and click Convert to draft order. Shopify creates a draft with the correct line items, customer, address, and currency. From there you can send an invoice or accept payment like any other Shopify order.
Does the popup work in my customer's language?

Yes. The storefront popup uses Shopify's native translation system, so if your store is configured for multiple languages the popup automatically matches. 16 languages ship out of the box.
Can I hide prices only on some products?

Hide prices applies store-wide via the app embed. Conditional display (Pro) lets you show or hide the quote button itself per-collection or per-product.
Can I add my own form fields?

Yes, on the Pro plan. You can add text, email, phone, textarea, select, and address fields. Each field has required/optional and label customization. The Free plan uses the default fields (name, email, phone, message).
Is the app Shopify-approved?
