No. Conversion depends on your traffic, prices and market as well as your site. We can show you what we changed and what your numbers did afterward.

Should we fix traffic or conversion first?

If visitors are the right people and still are not buying, fix the store first, because more traffic only spends more money on the same leak. If you have very few visitors, conversion data will be too thin to guide much.
